Triple Chocolate Candy Cane Bark

The week between Christmas and New Year’s is filled kids at home getting bored and lots of candy canes on the tree. So, make candies out of candy canes! This is another great project for kids at home during Christmas vacation.

  • 2  (3-oz.) Semisweet chocolate bars
  • 1  (3-oz.) Milk chocolate bar
  • 1  (3-oz.) White chocolate bar
  • 1/2 c Crushed candy canes

Melt the 3 kinds of chocolate in 3 separate bowls in microwave. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Mix 1/4 of the candy canes  into each of the melted chocolates. Spread a layer of the Semisweet chocolate mixtures on  the baking sheets. Repeat with the Milk chocolate, then finish with the White Chocolate. Sprinkle the remaining candy canes on the top of the chocolate. Allow to cool completely (you can put it in the fridge.) Once completely hardened and cooled, break into pieces and package for gift giving!

It was so nice to find a company that pays such attention to quality using fine ingredients and producing such a yummy assortment of truffles. And American made in New England too!
