Cordon Bleu Melts

yield = 40

  • 2 loaves Baguette, sliced thin into 40 slices
  • 8 oz sliced deli ham
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 box (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbls Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bag ( 2 cups = 8oz) Shredded Swiss Cheese

Preheat Broiler

Chop ham. Slice green onions. In glass bowl, microwave cream cheese for 30 sec to soften. Combine ham, green onion, cream cheese, swiss cheese, mustard, and salt. mix well

Spread the mixture to edge of bread.

Broil for 2-3 min. watch carefully to prevent burning. remove from oven and remove to serving platter with mini serving spatula.
