Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups whole pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Microwave butter in Classic Batter Bowl on HIGH 40-45 seconds or until butter is melted. Add sugars, egg, flour and vanilla; mix well. mix well.
2. Using Small Scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto flat Baking Stone. Bake 12-15 minutes. Immediately Press pecan into top of cookie. Cool 2 minutes on Baking Stone; remove to Stackable Cooling Rack. Cool slightly.
Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
